In the course of looking for the best hosting and domain registration options for your new website, you may have seen many references to GoDaddy.com. Having used over a dozen different hosting providers over recent years, we at BOLDelite have been most satisfied with the value provided by GoDaddy. Customer service, features, and client product management utilities seem to be about the best we’ve found for the price.
The steps below will guide you in setting up a GoDaddy account and providing your developer with appropriate access to help you manage your products:
- Visit GoDaddy.com
- Click on the “Sign In” link in the extreme top right portion of the page to expand the account management box
- Select the “Create My Account” button on the right half of the flyout, within the New Customer section
- Enter your email address, a desired username (usernames must unique, contain at least 1 letter, and be a minimum of 5 characters long), a password, and a 4 digit numerical call-in PIN (used if you need to contact customer service). Select the “I agree” button to set up your account.
At this point, you may navigate to your product dashboard, purchase products, or delegate access to your web developer.
